A female suicide bomber detonated in a Dala-Yazare around 7:50am on Saturday morning, while another one was arrested. Dala-Yazare, is located about 4km away from Maiduguri, along the Biu-Maiduguri road.
The two female suicide bombers had the same mission of blowing themselves up, but only one of them was successful.
Premium Times reports that the other bomber was nabbed while attempting to reach for the explosive belt. A Civillian-Joint Task Force member was quoted to have said: “They
were two suicide bombers, one was arrested now, but the other was able
to detonate the bomb.”
